We are getting excited about starting Phase I. The buildings that will be included in Phase I include the Machine Shop, the Cotton Warehouse, the Picker House, the Cotton Sheds, and the Hydroelectric Plant. The Machine Shop lends itself nicely to individual office suites with shared common space. At this point, it is our intention to rebuild the Auto Garage, and make it available for use as a conference room to the tenants.
